Parts of the site are accessible to all users and other parts of the site are restricted to users who have registered with us. These terms of use apply to all users, including registered users & visitors alike. We may, at our sole discretion, decline to register anyone as a registered user without giving any reasons.

The Information You Provide
In consideration of your use of the site, you agree (a) to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when prompted by our registration form or any other form we ask you to complete at any time and (b) to maintain and update promptly any personal information which you are able to update on the site so as to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
Your Username And Password
No person other than you is authorised to use your username or password. You must keep your username and password confidential and take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised use thereof. If you suspect that anyone else has used or is using your username and password, you must notify us immediately. You are responsible for all use of the site with your username and password whether or not the use was actually yours.
Minimum Age For Legal Use
It is our policy that visitors to our site who are under the age of 18 should not purchase goods or services or provide information without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. You should supervise the online activities of your children, and consider the use of parental control tools available from online services and software providers that help provide a child-friendly Internet environment.

We may terminate or suspend the registration or permissions of any registered user, at will and without notice, in whole or in part at any time. Such termination or suspension shall not give rise to any liability of Whiterose Equestrian Ltd.
Jurisdiction
These terms of use and any claim relating to the use of the site and the content are governed by English law and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in relation to any dispute arising in connection therewith.
Guarantees
If on receipt, you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 2 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or refund (less any external charges incurred, packaging and postage). It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return. The goods should be well packed and clearly labelled. Proof of postage should be obtained, as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost, we do not compensate.
Goods damaged through defective material or poor workmanship should be returned for our urgent attention (please email, fax(00 44 (0)870 7052095) or for preference, contact us by phone - 00 44 (0)1625 860557), The item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing, so please allow 28 days for this process. Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when defective or damaged. If you do you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their defective or damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified claims.
We are unable to give refunds on items not received by us after 7 days (and subject to notification above), or damaged goods not notified to us within 7 days from receipt.
Descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, measurements, colours and prices etc are correct, but we reserve the right to make changes as required and without notification.
Goods Sent Outside UK
Goods ordered from WhiteRose Equestrian Ltd for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any charges must be paid by you.
Contract Terms For Supply Of Goods
A contract between you and Whiterose Equestrian Ltd will exist when you place an order for goods.
Whiterose Equestrian Ltd will use its best endeavours to fulfil the order in a timely and efficient manner, but reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order at any time. If we cancel an order, we will only charge those costs we have incurred to the date of cancellation and we will notify you as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event of a product being incorrectly priced (ie we have made a mistake with the pricing) and you are overcharged, we will refund the difference if the price is lower. If the correct price is higher, we will request your re-acceptance of the order or cancellation instructions.
All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.
Ownership of the goods remains vested in WhiteRose Equestrian Ltd until full payment has been received.
All items sourced specifically at the customers instruction and not being a stock item or are tailored to the customers specification are non-returnable.
