All three systems are manufactured to the highest standards in Germany exclusively for Cyclo-ssage. Cyclo-ssage are committed to producing top quality products, with the emphasis being to promote and improve comfort levels and general well being amongst a wide range of horses, dogs and people.
The three systems, Pro Personal, Pro Equine and Pro Canine can benefit a vast range of people and animals – from top class dressage horses, dogs suffering from arthritis, injured athletes or people with mobility problems.
Replacing the original system, the new Pro Equine Massage System boasts a host of new benefits whilst retaining the existing concept from the previous product.
Maintaining the ten massage motors originally incorporated in to the rug-based system, the new Pro Equine Massage System has been designed incorporating extended massage areas which now encompass the shoulder and hind quarter areas – ensuring the massage is applied directly to the horse's main muscle groups via a choice of various intensities and programmes.
The brand new, detachable Pro Equine Neck Piece option contains four massage motors strategically positioned along the top of the neck to help ease stiffness and tension in the dominant muscle – leading to a softer, more relaxed horse from the poll down to the wither. With the inclusion of the Pro Equine Neck Piece option, there are now 14 programmable massage units available in total, all powered by a single, new, compact battery design.
On top of these major alterations, Cyclo-ssage have made the horse's comfort a top priority and fine-tuned the Pro Equine Massage System to ensure the most effective system is now available.
Additional improvements include:
• A soft, breathable mesh material now runs along the spine and neck of the horse to ensure breathability and prevent overheating whilst the system is in use.
• Elasticated cross surcingles allow the system to be pulled snugly in to the body without causing any discomfort – ensuring the massage motors are as close to the muscles as possible in order to achieve maximum benefits.
• The front chest straps and fillet string have been re-designed and re-positioned to allow for greater flexibility and a closer fit.
• Lift handles are now positioned at the top of the System to make handling easier for the user.
• The body of the rug is now deeper for an improved fit.
• The Pro Equine Massage System and Neck Piece both come with twin, removable and washable fleece linings, which can be changed and cleaned when using the system on different horses to avoid any cross infection.
• All Pro Equine Massage Systems will now be supplied with brand new, state of the art lithium-ion batteries, which are compact and very reliable.
The benefits of the Pro Equine Massage System have been enhanced by the new design and with regular use horses have been seen to warm up better and are more relaxed before, during and after exercise as well as recover from long travelling periods more rapidly.
Used by professional riders such as Richard Davison, Tim Stockdale and Polly Stockton, the Pro Equine Massage System has proved to assist in the easing of muscle pain and tension, as well as improving spinal and joint mobility, reducing lactic acid build up after exercise, stimulating the lymph system and helping the body evacuate metabolic products. On top of this, the Pro Equine Massage System increases the circulation and transportation of oxygen, helps to accelerate recovery after injury and reduce the chance of muscle wastage in horses on box rest.

This was used on our stiff retired mare for the first time and she loved it. The extremely quiet motor did not spook her at all and even trying the maximum setting within a few minutes caused no reaction other than a look of pure bliss on her face! The neck cover is a major improvement to the overall benefits of the system.
