Bit Hire - How It Works...
Thank you for your interest.
Here’s how it works...
You pay the full price of the bit plus any P&P. The minimum hire period is 14 days to allow you to fully try and test the bit. If the bit is satisfactory, you need do no more than enjoy it!
Should the bit prove unsuitable, please return it in a clean and undamaged state at any point during this period, either with proof of posting or using recorded delivery to ensure safe arrival here. A credit will be issued less the original P&P, £10 for the initial 14 day hire and £5 for any subsequent 7 day periods, plus VAT.
Bits should be delivered to you within 2 days, however, we will contact you if there is likely to be a delay.
Damaged bits may not qualify for a refund, so please ensure that great care is taken during the hire period. A white stretch bandage or latex bandage if not allergenic could be wrapped round the mouthpiece as a precaution. Please state if you require a bandage to be sent with the bit.
