Port Lewis Impression Pad - Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest. Here’s how it works …
You pay the full price of the Impression Pad plus any P&P. The hire period is 2 days to allow you to fully test your saddles and riders!
A delivery date will be agreed to suit you and the hire period will start from the first delivery attempt by the courier or postman, so please ensure you provide an address where you are available to receive it. Alternatively, the pad can be collected from me.
The 2 day period is calculated from date of arrival, eg, a pad received Monday should be posted back on Wednesday. A pad received on Friday should be returned on Monday.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the pad is safely returned – in a clean and undamaged state. Damaged or marked pads may not qualify for a refund, so please ensure that great care is taken during the hire period.
If you decide to keep the pad, you need do no more than just let us know!
Otherwise, a refund will be issued less the original P&P, £40+VAT for the initial 2 day hire and £35+VAT for any subsequent 2 day period.
