Point Two ProAir Jacket - Free P&P

The Point Two ProAir Jacket is the new, revolutionary equestrian safety jacket giving superb protection, brilliant comfort and freedom of movement.

The jacket works by creating a "cocoon" around your upper body and the jacket inflation is phenomenally fast and is fully inflated in 0.1 of a second from activation, giving virtually instant coverage to all major thoracic and upper abdominal organs plus the collar area of the neck, rib cage and spinal area.  Once inflated the the Point Two ProAir Jacket will hold you tightly for approximately 15 seconds, giving the rider very positive support.  At this point the Point Two ‘ProAir’ Jacket is able to withstand up to 1 ton of pressure on top of it and offers superb impact protection.  It also allows complete freedom of the arms and waist to enable the rider to tuck and roll.

The Point Two ‘ProAir’ Jacket is unlike any other conventional body protector on the market today as in its inactivated state it feels soft and light to wear.

On mounting your horse the Point Two ‘ProAir’ Jacket is connected to the saddle via a lanyard system.  One end of the lanyard connecting to the jacket and the other end clipping to the saddle attachment.  This allows the rider the full range of body movement needed whilst in the saddle. 

The jacket is only activated when the rider has reached the point of no return and is falling from the horse.  At this point the lanyard pulls the trigger pin from the jacket which then activates and inflates in 0.1 of a second.  The Point Two ‘ProAir’ Jacket will slowly deflate itself after activation and will be flat within 2 minutes. 

Once the jacket has been inflated the small co2 canister will have to be replaced and the trigger pin reset to the correct position prior to the jacket being reused.

By wearing the Point Two ‘ProAir’ Jacket the rider is acquiring peace of mind that they are doing everything they can to reduce the risk of injury.

Please ensure you follow your governing body's rules whilst in competition.  In the UK you must wear your Point Two ‘ProAir’ Jacket on top of your European approved body protector when going Cross Country.

Point Two ‘ProAir’ Jackets are also suitable to be used in other disciplines including Carriage Driving, Trotting, Team Chase, Race Training, Showing, Hunting and of course for Happy Hacking!

ProAir Jackets are made of high resistance polyester fabric. You can brush off dried stains or use a damp sponge to clean. The jackets are unisex & available in small, medium and large sizes.

These are only approximations as it will depend if you are wearing a body protector and which type.  Ideally the jacket should fall just below your coccyx.  We will be pleased to give fitting advice (BETA trained body protector consultant).

Colour Options; the following colour options should be available in late May - June 2010, Beige, Brown, Green, Navy Blue, Pale Blue, Pale Pink, Red, Royal Blue in addition to the standard Black.  Pricing supplement for colours is £86.  Please allow some flexibility on dates in the initial period.
