Shipping and Returns
Delivery Address
You can have your goods delivered to your home address or you have the option to enter an alternative delivery address, perhaps to your work address or that of a friend. Whichever address you use it is important that there will be someone available to sign for delivery if asked.
Postage & Packing
Postage & packing are always set at cost and to provide the most appropriate means of delivery. For higher value items this is usually by monitored delivery to mainland UK. Please enquire for delivery elsewhere including overseas.
Large Or Bulky Items - Quoted Delivery
Certain products are either heavy, large or bulky and there may be an additional delivery charge. Where indicated, please contact us for a delivery quote. It may be possible to personally deliver locally.
Export
We are happy to deliver goods outside the UK, Contact us for a delivery quote.
Time To Despatch
We aim to despatch goods as soon as possible, which is usually within a couple of days. However we would ask for your patience and understanding and allow 7 days. Occasionally at busy times this may take a little longer. We will notify you by email if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than our stated time. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to let you know an anticipated delivery.
Returns
If on receipt, you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 2 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or refund (less any external charges incurred, packaging and postage). It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return, The goods should be well packed, clearly labeled and the returns form should be enclosed

Please contact us to advise us that you are returning a product.
Please obtain proof of postage, as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost, we do not compensate.
Goods damaged through defective material or poor workmanship should be returned for our urgent attention (please email us, fax(00 44 (0)870 7052095) or for preference, contact us by phone - 00 44 (0)1625 860557). The item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing, so please allow 28 das for this process. Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when defective or damaged. If you do you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their defective or damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified claims.
We are unable to give refunds on items not recieved by us after 7 days (and subject to notification above), or damaged goods not notified to us within 7 days from receipt.
